Un tuyau logement à Londres ?

je viens d'être nommé à Dagenham et, forcément, il va falloir que je me loge.
Alors si quelqu'un passe par là et a un plan pour trouver des colloc dans les environs, ce serait sympa de m'en faire part.

coucou moi aussi je suis sur Londres et pour me loger je visite (ts les jours) certains sites où il y a des annonces pour des collocations (tu peux aussi mettre une annonce gratos, ça accélère les recherches, il y a :

Perso j'ai trouvé sur Gumtree et je ne pense pas être la seule...

Au début je cherchais pas mal sur intolondon, puis je me suis vite rendue compte qu'il fallait payer la plupart du temps pour obtenir les coordonnées des gens

perso je suis nommée dans une école de Newham, pas loin de Dagenham, donc si tu trouves un logement avec une chambre en trop
parce que mon école vient de m'annoncer apres 2 mois de silence que si je cherchais un logement, je pouvais chercher sur internet, et que si je n'avais pas de logement à mon arrivée, pareil, et ils m'ont gracieusement donné les adresses des sites... Et comme je travaille en France jusqu'au 26 septembre... j'hésite actuellement entre plusieurs ponts sous lesquels passer mes premieres nuits à Londre...

Et bien, si ton pont n'est pas trop loin de chez moi, on pourrait se faire des virées dans quelques pubs voisins !

Si tu as besoin d'un duvet, n'hésites pas.

Sinon sur les sites, il y a vraiment beaucoup de choses dessus. Je crois qu'on peut être confiant, on ne devrait pas rester trop longtemps en auberge.

Je partage mon expérience de la journée, si vous connaissez déjà, au moins ça vous divertira! Sinon peut-être que ça évitera de tomber ds un piège sait on jamais

Then, i will have the keys and other necessary documents couriered to you with a next day delivery as i will not be able to leave Berlin now due to my work, If you can do that i will be convinced that you are serious and capable of meeting the demands for i can bet you will like the property.

When i return, whoever you send the money to will go and collect the money back, that is when you will pay me in cash and sign the rental agreement in the presence of my lawyer.

I make the suggestion for the security of both of us because i cannot tell you to pay for a property you've not viewed and i also need to know that i am not dealing with a time waster because it cost a little to advertise.

The transfer charges will be deducted from the first month rent you will be paying me in cash or given to you on the spot.

Attention dc à vous mes petits!! là c'est l'arnaque "textbook": proprio hors du pays, anglais approximatif, phrases pas claires... (je sais que dernièrement un membre du forum c'était fait avoir avec les faux emails d' Ebay, ce serai bien que ça n'arrive pas dans ce cas là)

Je suis allée sur le forum logement de gumtree.com, malheureusement, il y a énormément de gens qui reçoivent ce genre de proposition, et bcp de gens qui se font avoir (plus que je ne pensais en tout cas!)
